Rocca Giulia – FAQ's
In which months is it possible to rent the property?
From April 1st to October 31st inclusive, it will be possible to stay inside the property.
How does payment work?
The guest is required to pay for the entire stay at the time of booking, BUT if he decides to cancel BEFORE 60 days from entering the facility he will have a full refund of the payment. When booking, in the event that there is a newborn (0-12 months) the guest must indicate this in the notes and a cot will be added free of charge in the requested apartment.
How do check-in and check-out work?
The guest is required to notify Massimo via the mobile number found on the site of his arrival at the facility and, once he arrives at Rocca Giulia (check-in after 2pm), he will find a person (who speaks multiple languages ) ready to welcome new arrivals, explain the rules of the structure and resolve any doubts or requests. As regards check-out, the guest must leave the structure by 9am and leave the key where it will be indicated during check-in.
If I arrive later than expected for check-in, will there be someone to welcome me?
Certain! Just notify Massimo (on the mobile number found on the site) and he will take care of your entry!
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the password is indicated inside each apartment.
How many apartments are there on the property and how are they divided?
Inside the property there are four apartments divided as follows:
- A1 which includes: kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower (4 people)
- A2 which includes: kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower (4 people)
- Mini Andrea which includes: kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower (2 people)
What does each apartment have?
In each apartment there is everything you need for eating and cooking (pots, colander, moka etc...) you will also find a hairdryer and hand soap BUT Rocca Giulia does not provide mini size shower gel and shampoo so it will be the responsibility of the the guest obtain them.
How does facility cleaning work?
Cleaning is included in the price and is carried out before your arrival. You will find clean sheets and towels in your apartment upon arrival and they will be changed ONLY if your stay in Rocca Giulia is longer than 8 days.
If you want clean towels, you can get them by paying a supplement of €50 for a set of 4 towels.
The external areas are kept tidy and cleaned daily by our caretaker.
What services are included in the price?
The services included in the price are swimming pool with solarium and sunbeds, parking inside the property, barbecue area and apartment cleaning.
What are the paid services?
For a fee and upon request/booking we offer the following services:
Can I add a cot?
It is possible to add a cot in the apartment where you want to stay, you can insert the request in the notes when booking or notify the owner via Whatsapp message or email. The cot is free.
Are pets allowed? Where can they stay?
ONLY SMALL dogs are allowed, who can stay in any area of the property, including the apartments, always respecting the structure and other guests.
How much does it cost to bring the dog?
We allow SMALL dogs to stay in the facility for free.
Is the property located near the beach?
Rocca Giulia is located about 7 km from the beach, it can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or scooter.
Are there umbrellas on the beach? Are they included in the price of Rocca Giulia?
No, beach umbrellas are not included in the price and it is not a service we can offer.
Are beach towels provided to the guest?
No, we only provide towels, it will be up to the guest to obtain their own beach towels.
